Our Middle School weight lifting program is tailored towards Junior High aged athletes looking to safely progress their physical development. With our program goals in mind, our focus is to introduce youth athletes to the basics of Sports Performance through the education of functional movement patterns, and implementation of form focused overload principles. Our goal is to develop the work habits and foundation of principles necessary in our athletes to excel on multiple playing surfaces.
